About

The Villa has a private garden of lavender, rosemary, and olive trees. There is a panoramic terrace and a patio, with a dining area and great view of the sea and mountains. This is the perfect place to enjoy a special meal with family or watch the sunset over the water.

The pool is cantilevered over the sea, with a marble sculpture fountain on top; the pool does not have chlorine in the water but a new ecosystem-based sanitizing saltwater.

You can enjoy panoramic walks from the doorstep in a beautiful forest of chestnuts and oaks trees.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with double bed, bedroom 3 with double bed, bedroom 4 with twin beds, bedroom 5 with double bed and ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms: 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet and sink, 1 bathroom with bath, large shower, wc, bidet and sink.

Kitchen: The kitchen, gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and extensive cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery. The kitchen has been sculpted from local Carerra marble by the owner.

Utility Room: Washing machine with sink.

Living Rooms: Living room, with L shape sofa, TV and DVD player, fireplace, piano. Dining area in the Kitchen.

Towels/Linen/Maid service: Towels and linen included.

Cleaning: 100 euros, Not included.

Pets are allowed.

ON REQUEST WE PROVIDE a skillful cook (local products), extra cleanings (80 euros) and we highly reccomend a night with a jazz band on the terrace.
